Workers are compensated based on your chosen hourly rate, and payments are strictly for the hours they work. All workers on AnyShift operate as Independent Contractors (1099).

Editing a shift on AnyShift is straightforward:

1. Navigate to the specific shift you want to edit.
2. Look for an "Edit" or "Modify" option within the shift details.
3. Once in the edit mode, you can modify various aspects of the shift, such as date, time, or requirements.
4. After making the necessary edits, save the changes to update the shift details.

If you were impressed by a Shifter's work and want to bring them back for future shifts, simply add them to your favorites. Here's how:

1. After a shift is completed, access the shift details where you worked with the preferred Shifter.
2. Look for the heart option to add the Shifter to your favorites or a similar feature within the app.
3. Navigate to your favorites list within the app or website, where you can find a curated list of your preferred Shifters.
4. From your favorites list, you should have the option to easily invite the Shifter to upcoming shifts.

AnyShift approves and recommends Shifters based on their profile completeness and performance.
